Connect to Learn is a public-private partnership that involves the use of ICT solutions to promote universal access to quality secondary education in developing countries, with an emphasis on schooling for girls. The project is a coalition project funded by Ericsson, the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and Qualcomm® Wireless Reach™. Other implementation partners are Finja 5, UNESCO, Earth Institute at Columbia University, EduEval Educational Consultancy and Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications.

The project also receives support from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Myanmar.
